We offer two PPO plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas for both you and your family.
Additional Company Paid Benefits if a Medical Plan is elected:

We offer dental coverage through Metlife, who offer a broad, national network. Preventative care is covered at 100% and the annual maximum benefit is $1,000.
We offer vision coverage through Eyemed. Eye exams begin as low as a $10 copay. Frames and lenses may be updated every 12 months with plan discounts.
Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer both a Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA, which allow you to save taxes on certain out-of-pocket health care and dependent care expenses.

Additional Life and/or AD&D insurance may be purchased for yourself and eligible dependents. Short and Long Term Disability coverage may be purchased for yourself only, with coverage up to 60% of earnings with an approved disability.
We offer a retirement savings plan with The Principal Financial Group. You are eligible to contribute after 1 year of employment. The company will match 25% of your contribution, up to 12% of your eligible wages. You are 100% vested in the company match after 3 years.
